The Loch Ness Monster--Does Nessie exist?

Is this a fake picture or is it real footage of Nessie?

Many people believe that the Loch Ness Monster has existed for many years in a lake known as Loch Ness in Scotland.  Although many people are faithful believers in this monster, many other find the whole idea of Nessie to be ridiculous and mythical. 

You are required to do some research on this real life mystery, and reach a decision of your own.  Look for the evidence presented to prove or disprove the existance of Nessie. 

The following links will help you complete your examination of the evidence.  You MUST use InfOhio before visiting any other links! 

InfOhio  Use this as your research search engine instead of Google.  Remember, you need to gather credible evidence to either prove or debunk the existance of Nessie!  InfOhio will provide better more creible sources than other search engines!

 All individuals are part of communities and societies.  As is the case with all societies, each person has a give and take relationship with their society.  

  

I. Individuals give to their communities by being a living part of them, but what do individuals take from their communities?  Complete your list of 3 things people expect from their communities. 

Sometimes when people are not completely happy with their society or community, they change it. 

                                                                            

II. Sometimes the community that people want to be part of could be a unique place called a "utopia".

III. Visit the following  three sites of Utopias that exist today.  Use the provided Venn Diagram to compare and contrast two of these Utopian Communities of your choice.
